Services
We provide marketing content and related services as described in your chosen plan.
Billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance in Canadian dollars plus HST. There is a 3-month minimum, then plans are month-to-month. Ad spend is billed to you directly by the ad platform.
Approvals
We don’t publish anything on your behalf without your approval.
Ownership
Once paid for, you own the final content we deliver. We may show work in our portfolio only with your permission.
No guarantees
We work hard to get results but can’t guarantee rankings, leads or revenue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
